Violators could be fined up to $500 per day.

Having more than 4 (four) persons in this unit is a violation of the NC Fire Code and could result in a civil penalty in the amount of $500 per violation for everyday the violation continues.

NOISE REGULATIONS

The Town of Chapel Hill Code of Ordinances states that any “unreasonably loud noise, particularly during nighttime” which may interfere with neighboring residents may be charged with a violation.

HOUSE AND HOA RULES AND REGULATIONS

Sorry, no pets. No smoking inside. Violations will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Absolutely no unauthorized guests. Extra guests will be charged. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Although security cameras may be used to monitor external areas always lock doors before leaving the house. We are not responsible for accidents that occurs while guests are on the premises or for the loss of their personal belongings. We strongly suggest you make your own vacation renter insurance.
